The City of North Miami Beach awarded contract no. RFQ-19-082-MC “Continuing Services Agreement for Architectural/Engineering, Landscape Architect and Surveying Services” to The Corradino Group for a three-year term effective December 29, 2020, through December 29, 2025, with two optional one-year renewal terms.  The contract is in its second renewal and has been executed through December 29, 2025.

The City now seeks to update its Comprehensive Plan, which was last fully adopted in 2016, with a planning horizon extending to 2050. The update will provide a long-term framework to guide sustainable growth, land use, infrastructure development, economic vitality, and improve the overall quality of life for North Miami Beach residents.

The City will receive the services in a four-phase approach to include Discovery, Visioning and Public Engagement Process, Drafting the Comprehensive Plan Update, Transmittal and Adoption Process. 

The NMB Community Development Department and Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to approve the purchase with The Corradino Group in an estimated budgeted amount of $350,000 for the updating of the City of North Miami Beach Comprehensive Plan.

Requesting a Purchase Order for an amount not to exceed $350,000.
