| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The City requires professional lobbying services to help promote the City’s legislative priorities and achieve the City’s goals, which is in line with the City’s Strategic Plan’s goal of providing a financial sound government.
The City has partnered with Rubin Turnbull and Associates for years to help the City advance our mission and achieve critical objectives by successfully engaging and advocating with all levels of government. | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager and the Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve the extension of the previously approved agreement in an amount not to exceed $93,750.00 for federal lobbyist services with Rubin Turnbull and Associates. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
| As approved in the adopted FY24 budget appropriation.
