| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The City needs marketing and communication services to convey vital information and awareness. These services encompass a wide array of activities aimed at promoting products or services, including market research, advertising, branding, social media management, content creation, and more.
Through RTQ-23-032-KC Marketing and Advertising Services Pre-Qualification Pool, Public Communicators Group will provide a variety of services needed including marketing, communications, project management and coordination for all City departments. | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager and Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a purchase order with Public Communicators Group for Task Order No. 2 for marketing, communications, project management and coordination services in an annual amount not to exceed $396,000.00. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
