| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Filiz A. Kayali (the “Applicant”) on the behalf of B Side Liquors, requests conditional use approval of a Package Liquor Store located at 73 NW 167 Street. The applicant has requested a Conditional Use Application to change the operation of a package liquor store at the subject property.
The property current zoning district is Mixed Use International Boulevard (MU/IB), the use of “Package Liquor Store” requires a Conditional Use Approval. Provided that any such use shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of any other bar, lounge or package liquor store. | RECOMMENDATION:
| After a duly noticed public hearing held on October 16, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board by vote of 5 to 0, recommended approval of the conditional use. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
