The City’s daily operations serve thousands of residents, visitors, business and home owners, developers and so many more are facilitated through various departments, whose functions sometimes require fees for effective operations. A Citywide fee/rate study will help better determine if the City’s rate structure provides ample revenue to operate in a safe and lawful manner.
Raftelis has provided a detailed phased approach to provide a comprehensive fee/rate study for multiple City departments. The study will incorporate historic data, current market trends, economic climate as well as local, state, and federal laws that govern each department.
