The City of North Miami Beach would like to establish a successful Strategic Plan to define our vision for the future, identify realistic goals and objectives to attain tangible, measurable outcomes. Our City’s Strategic Plan will be collaborative with City officials, management, and residents.
The City conducted market research and meetings with three (3) consulting firms specializing in Strategic Planning centered around vision, goals, plans and action. Discussions were comprehensive as we focused on the City’s history and future, our needs and desires, governance and measurable actions over time.
