The City of North Miami Beach Building Department process large amounts of physical records each year. These records consist of packages, architectural plans, and surveys. Digitizing public records is important to provide faster, efficient, and reliable ways of providing records to the public.
To maintain organization, productivity, overall efficiency and to optimize much needed space, the City’s Building department is requesting digitizing and indexing of over 250,000 documents and images currently stored onsite in file boxes and open shelves. MCCi will take a phased approach to complete this six (6) month project including the pickup and return of all documents.
Building department requests to utilize the services of MCCI for digitization and indexing through OMNIA PARTNERS piggyback contract NCPA 01-162 for initial three (3) years through November 30, 2025, and option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods through November 30,2027.
