THE SITE IS LOCATED AT 15801, 15805, 15807 BISCAYNE BLVD IN THE (B-2) GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT. THE APPLICANT INTENDS TO DEVELOP THE PARCEL WITH AN ADDITIONAL THREE-STORY OFFICE BUILDING APPROXIMATELY 18,000 SQUARE FEET IN SIZE ALONG BISCAYNE BOULEVARD AND A STRUCTURED PARKING GARAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 68,200 SQUARE FEET. THE TOTAL PARKING WILL BE INCREASED TO 266 SPACES AS A RESULT OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
