| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| To manage the City’s Home Rehabilitation Program, the City Manager authorized an agreement between the City and Sustainable Design & Construction Services, Inc. (Consultant) to provide technical assistance and project management support to ensure compliance with State of Florida regulations. Approximately half of the applicants have been assisted however, additional consulting and technical assistance is required to continue to assist the remaining groups of applicants with the preparation of scopes of services, initiation of pre and post inspections, and coordination of walkthroughs. | RECOMMENDATION:
| To complete the necessary inspections, preparations of scopes of services, and project management for remaining applicants, the City Manager recommends extension of the agreement as proposed. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
