Description
 
BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:


 The item before the City Commission is a request for Site Plan Approval and 10 non-use variances for the construction of a 32-Story, 400,576 gross square feet, mixed-use development with 400 residential units, 1,825 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 587 parking spaces on a 1.95-acre parcel located at 2261 NE 164th Street.
 RECOMMENDATION:


 On November 28, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board voted 5 to 0, recommending approval of the site plan and ten (10) non-use variances.
 FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
