| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The city initiated right-of-way abandonment request to vacate the portion of NE 153rd Street in between NE 14th Court and NE 15 Court in order to combine Lot 9 through 18 (1475 NE 153 Terrace aka. basketball courts) and Lots 17 through 24 of Block 8 into Block 11 for the expansion of the Washington Park Community Center and Park.
