| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The City entered into an agreement with Rexel USA, Inc. for the purchase of Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automotive Parts & Services, pursuant to Resolution No. R2021-123, the agreement was approved in an estimated expenditure amount of $80,000.
The Change Order increases the amount to purchase Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automotive Parts & Services to an additional $25,386. | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager, conducted his own due diligence and concurs with the recommendation of the Water Department Director and the Chief Procurement Office to approve a change order to continue the purchase of Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automotive Parts & Services and to increase the annual expenditure by an additional $25,386. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
