| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The Human Resources Department would like to engage LGL Consulting & Executive Advisory Group, LLC (LGL Consulting) to provide one-on-one and group executive coaching and training tailored toward leadership development for department directors and senior management. LGL Consulting is owned and operated by Laury Georges-Lane, who is a former Human Resources executive of 25 years. During her tenure in the discipline, the impact made includes such industries as energy, healthcare, financial services, and retail. LGL Consulting has provided its coaching and training both domestic and abroad, emphasizing employee relations, diversity initiatives, and executive leadership. | RECOMMENDATION:
| Authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into an agreement with LGL Consulting & Executive Advisory Group, LLC for the provisions of services not to exceed amount of $65,000. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
| A cost not to exceed $65,000. |
