| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The request before the Mayor and City Commission is a Conditional Use and Minor Site Plan modification for the operation of a medical marijuana dispensary located at 2250 NE 163rd Street, Suite 1, within Mixed-Use Employment Center (MU/EC) zoning district. Records indicate that the 3,700 unit #1 tenant space was formally used as a sunglass retail shop.
