| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The request before the Mayor and City Commission is for the approval of a Conditional Use and Minor Site Plan modification to operate a Medical Marijuana Dispensary at 16635 NE 19th Avenue. The 4,337 sq.ft. building is currently vacant.
| RECOMMENDATION:
| On July 11, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board voted 5 to 0, recommending approval of the site plan and conditional use. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
