Description
 
BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:


 Description: A site plan application for the development of a 14,7000 gross square feet, four-story office building, with a ground level parking garage, and three floors of office space located at 11 NW 168th Street. The subject site is composed of Lots 29, 30 & 31, block 6 of “Oleta Terrace”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 8, at page 117, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Records show that this site once contained a single-family home that was demolished in 1983. The site has remained vacant since. The subject site was granted Resolution 1986-35 to build a two-story office building, however, no records can be found indicating the building was ever constructed.
 RECOMMENDATION:


 On March 14, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the site plan application by a vote of 6-0.
