| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Uleta Park currently houses a playground for ages 2-5 and 5-12 year old's and is used by residents and visitors. The playgrounds surface is in need of replacement and will be replaced with a new rubber poured in place system. During the FY22 budget process the Commission approved the replacement surfacing for Uleta Playground in the Parks and Recreation capital budget. The new surfacing from Robertson Industries Inc. will provide easy to use ADA mobility devices and provide better impact absorption. The City will be utilizing a piggyback contract from OMNIA Partners (National IPA and US Communities) #R162204 for "Sports Surfaces, Installation and Related Materials." | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager, Parks and Recreation Director and Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute an agreement with Robertson Industries Inc. in the amount of $125,602.80. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
