| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The Norwood water plant HVAC System currently operates under controls put in place by Jacobs. These controls do not align with the Tracer SC controls that the city currently has at City Hall, YES Center Police Dept, Allen Park and the library. The upgrade to the controls will give maintenance staff the ability to remotely assess alarms as well as make temperature adjustments. System can also be programed for cost and energy efficiency and can track several aspects of the units; such as downtime, peak performance time and the overall condition of the units. | RECOMMENDATION:
