| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| These units are essential to maintaining the ambient temperature required to avoid damage to the equipment used in the water treatment processes. Through the use of Omnia Partners formerly U.S Communities contract, the Public Works Department has acquired a proposal for the replacement of three (3) crucial units. The units facilitate airflow for electrical and control rooms. The city has installed HVAC units from Trane Technologies in an attempt to maintain consistency for service and maintenance. Trane Technologies operates under US Communities contract and have provided a proposal to furnish and install the new units, as well as haul away and dispose current units. All work will be done under city supervision. | RECOMMENDATION:
