| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Highland Village currently houses a playground for ages 2-5 and 5-12 and is extensively used by the residents of the community. The playground area is in need of replacement and through the implementation of the Parks Master Plan, the City Commission approved the replacement playground in the FY 22 Parks and Recreation capital budget. The new playground will consist of a 2-5 and a 5-12 year old section and will be ADA accessible. The new playground will also contain pour in place safety surfacing, shade, and a new double bay swing section and other related products. The City will be utilizing a piggyback contract from OMNIA Partners (National IPA and US Communities) contract number 2017001134 awarded to Game Time, Inc. | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager, Parks and Recreation Director and Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute an agreement with Game Time, Inc. in the amount of $351,989.69. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
