In line with the City of North Miami Beach’s Strategic Plan of providing excellent municipal services and a high performing City organization providing great customer services, the City has requested FDOT authority to wrap traffic signal controller cabinets at several locations throughout the City as part of our beautification initiatives. All these locations, attached herein as Exhibit “A”, are found within the Community Redevelopment Agency’s (CRA) boundaries.

The City Manager and CRA Director recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into a CAF agreement with FDOT for the wrapping of traffic signal controller cabinets within the North Miami Beach CRA boundaries.
