| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Description: The request for approval to revise glazing area reduction of 12.5 percent was received from the NOMI Beach Holding was received. As the modification is beyond the administrative approval of 5% the application is placed for the mayor and City Commission's formal approval.
The Riverwalk North site plan approval was granted under resolution No. 2020-89 and is under construction and during construction elevation and façade changes are undertaken based on fire safety and other construction requirements. | RECOMMENDATION:
| On January 10, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the request by a vote of 6-0. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
