| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The Norwood Water Treatment Plant has 20 productions wells and 25 monitoring wells which require repair, improvements and routine preventative maintenance. By establishing this contract, the water plant will have the means of procuring these services in order to maintain normal plant operations. | RECOMMENDATION:
| It is recommended that this contract be approved and established in order to address any current issues in the productions wells, as well as preventative maintenance for all production and monitoring wells. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
