| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Description: The request for approval for a final plat application for the Canal Park West development located at 3227 NE 163rd Street. The final plat application consists of a deletion to the 25’ north setback and 70’ south setback restriction as recorded in Eastern Shores plat PB 65, Page 28.
The Canal Park West Office was approved by City Commission Resolution 2021-93, for a ten-story tower development consisting of 237,483 square feet of office space on September 21, 2021 by a vote of 6-1.
| RECOMMENDATION:
| On January 10, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the Final Plat request by a vote of 6-0. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
