| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The 5,000,000 - Gallon ground Storage Tank's exterior coating has deteriorated over the years. Plant and mold growth is visible and present, and sections of the coating have fallen off. To preserve the tank's life, it needs to be resealed. This contract provides for that. | RECOMMENDATION:
| We recommend approval to provide necessary maintenance, and labor and material for the repair/modification of the prestressed concrete tank. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
