Description
 
BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:


 

Summary: The proposed application seeks to renovate the property located at 14200 Biscayne Blvd in order to Change the Use from retail memorabilia a coffee restaurant, zoning variances for setbacks, floor area, parking and landscape terminal islands as identified in Resolution 20 -16, and approval of a Conditional Use for drive thru service construct with no indoor dining. The property is a one story commercial building totaling 675 Square feet on a 6,183 square foot parcel of land .

 RECOMMENDATION:


 On December 13, 2021 Planning & Zoning Board recommended Approval by 5-0 vote
