BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:


 

THE SITE:

According to the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser records, the site is developed as a office building. The office building was constructed in 1968 with a 26,766 gross floor area. The total site area is approximately 1.086 acres (47,311 SF). the site is surrounded in the north and south side with retail outlet use  south and east side with multifamily units.

APPLICATION SUMMARY:

  • Site Plan with three non use related variances.

 

 RECOMMENDATION:


 On December 13, 2021, the Planning and Zoning Board recommend approval of the item by a vote of 5-0.
