| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The proposed Ordinance 2021-XXX, is a text amendment to the Zoning and Land Development Code (ZLDC) Section 24-172 (I), to establish the requirement that prior to the 12-month expiration date for site plan approvals that a master building permit be obtained. The amendment also includes language for minor and major modifications, permit lapse, administrative and non-administrative extension process and fees. | RECOMMENDATION:

| To encourage site plan applications that receive approval to be built. |
