| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The City has finished its third year as a customer of Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc. (ESRI) and currently has a Small Utility Enterprise Agreement with ESRI which will expire on October 2021. NMB Water and other departments use this product for GIS Technology, mapping solution for all mapping needs. All City's mapping products have been created using ESRI software. | RECOMMENDATION:
| The City Manager, Interim Director of NMB Water and the Chief Procurement Officer recommend that the City Commission approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into an agreement with ESRI for the purchase of GIS mapping tools and software in the estimated budgeted amount of $75,000 for three (3) year term. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
