| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| The City of North Miami Beach applied for a standard matching grant from the State of Florida, Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) in the amount of $375,000, to convert 150 multi-family residential septic tanks to newly installed sewer system and abandon of associated septic tanks at Corona Delmar Phase II-Sewer System. This funding was approved by FDEP and an agreement/acceptance of the grant funding is required. | RECOMMENDATION:
| It is our recommendation to approve the acceptance of the grant funding and allow the Interim City Manager to execute the agreement. | FISCAL/ BUDGETARY IMPACT:
