| | BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:
| Attached is a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of North Miami Beach formally accepting and adopting the Official Certificate of the Miami Dade County Canvassing Board and the City of North Miami Beach Canvassing Board reflecting final results of the City's November 3, 2020 General Election and the November 17, 2020 Run-Off Election. Upon the City Commission adopting of this Resolution, all City Commission election-related activities pertaining to the City's November 3, 2020 General Election and the November 17, 2020 Run-Off Election shall conclude. | RECOMMENDATION:
