RE: Resolution No. R2019-23 Close-Out Amendment for State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement DW130130 (Janette Smith, CPA, Finance Director)
BACKGROUND ANALYSIS:

On June 17, 2011, the City entered into State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement DW 130130 in the principal amount of $10,538,502 with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to install digital meters, automated meter reader endpoints and cell control units. 

 

This amendment reduces the final principal amount of the loan by $290,451.

 

The final amount to be repaid from the original loan amount is $10,575,906.77 including principal, capitalized interest and loan fees.  The current loan balance outstanding is $9,137,647.17.

 

This resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute the final amendment to State Revolving Loan DW130130 to close out the loan with the FDEP.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the Resolution.
FISCAL/BUDGETARY IMPACT: This amendment reduces the loan principal amount by $290,451.
