The Mission of the North Miami Beach City Government is to provide: Excellent municipal services in a financially responsible and environmentally conscious manner, while engaging our residents. The latter is being accomplished in numerous ways, yet every day, we strive to seek and find opportunities to accomplish the objectives of our Mission. We are proud to announce a new NMB Initiative with a goal to spend more time on the streets of NMB by further interacting with our Community. The Community Spotlight Program will commence on Monday April 11th and will occur on the second Monday of every month with the exception of October due to Columbus Day where we will meet on Monday the 17th of October. The program allows members of our senior executive Team to join me throughout different areas of NMB as we seek to observe needs in our City and engage in dialogue with our residents and business community. The Chief of Police, our Chief of Staff, our Deputy City Manager, our Public Works Director and I, will join forces and will meet at the Uleta Community Center at 5:00pm on Monday April 11th as we kick off this very exciting program! We will make our way throughout this vibrant neighborhood in our City on foot returning to the community center at approximately 6:30pm. We welcome you to join us on this endeavor as we make our way throughout the greater part of NMB from April to October during daylight savings time.
