BACKGROUND ANALYSIS: The applicant, Eyal Mehaber, requests conditional use and site plan approval in order to operate a 5,394 square foot early education daycare center in the vacant portion of the first floor of the existing Grand Isle Place condominium building, located at 1550 NE 168 Street in the MU/TC, Fulford Mixed-Use Town Center District.
RECOMMENDATION:

The Administration recommends approval of this project subject to the conditions contained in the attached draft Resolution.
FISCAL/BUDGETARY IMPACT: None.
